Handing over an asset is more than a record. AssetCycle provides capabilities that let the process be evidenced afterwards.
Data protection (GDPR)
Role-based access and purpose-bound data handling. Signing records the IP address, device and timestamp - no biometric data. Employees see their own data in the portal.
Employment-law wording
Handover documents are worded to match the responsibility framework of the Hungarian Labour Code.
Complete audit trail
Every asset movement is traceable: who, when, what and in what condition. Master and sensitive data can be reported on separately.
Occupational-safety evidence
Asset handover can be evidenced towards the authorities with a signed, integrity-protected document.
These capabilities support evidencing. Actual legal compliance always comes from an organisation's own processes and documentation together.

- Active employee
- Every active person in the employee register, regardless of contract type.
- Core user
- An active user with Admin, HR, Asset Manager or Asset Handler permissions.
- Viewer
- Read-only access; does not count as a Core user.
- Active asset
- An active asset record; scrapped and lost assets are not included.
- SES+ credit
- One successfully completed signing process.
- Digital fingerprint
- Context data recorded with the signature: IP address, device and timestamp.
