The calculator works in two separate layers: it first derives the most favourable construction from your usage, then runs the ROI on its actual annual fee.
Recommended package and price
From your usage data we determine the base package, the required Employee, Core User and Asset packs, the SES+ allowance, the total monthly list price and the annual prepay fee.
Annual savings and ROI
We estimate annual savings, net annual benefit, payback time, 3-year ROI and the savings / fee ratio in three scenarios.
